Docks or floats, knows the page

A chat that fits your website and knows the page your visitor is on

On a wide screen the chat docks beside your page so visitors keep reading while they ask. On smaller screens it floats, and on phones it opens as a sheet. Either way it knows which page the visitor is looking at, so “is this one available on weekends?” just works.

At a glance

  • Docks beside your page on wide screens, floats on narrower ones
  • Phone-friendly sheet that restores your page when closed
  • Knows the page the visitor is on: title, headings and key details
  • Answers in a natural “we” voice, short, with real links
  • Isolated from your site’s styles and scripts, both ways
  • Tiny loader; the chat itself loads only when someone opens it

Seamless on any layout

The chat is built to sit on top of websites it has never seen before: sticky headers, page builders, single-page apps with client-side routing, carousels and bottom bars. It is kept separate from your page so your styles do not leak into it and its styles do not leak into your site.

When the chat is docked, your page makes room for it instead of being covered. Close it and everything goes back exactly as it was.

Page-aware answers

When a visitor opens the chat, the assistant looks at what they are looking at: the page address and title, its headings, the details your page publishes about the thing on it, and the text near where they are reading. That is why a visitor can say “this one” and get an answer about the right thing.

It never reads form fields, what visitors type into your page, cookies or browser storage, cookie banners, or anything you mark with data-rtai-ignore. Email addresses and phone numbers on the page are left out, except your own published ones.

Speaks like your team

Answers come in a natural first-person “we” voice for your business: short, to the point, and with a link to the page that has the details. Visitors who want more can ask for it. No robotic “according to the page titled…”.

You can set the example question shown in the message box, or let the assistant suggest examples from what it learned on your site.

Light on your page speed

Your page loads a tiny script. The chat itself is fetched only when a visitor opens it, so visitors who never open the chat do not pay for it.

Questions

Will it clash with my theme?

It is isolated from your page in both directions, so your CSS does not change it and it does not change your page.

Does it work with single-page apps?

Yes. It follows client-side route changes and stays mounted while visitors move around.

What does it read from the page?

Only what the visitor can see that describes the page: address, title, headings, published details and nearby text — never form inputs, cookies or storage.
